Forms submitted after 6:00PM Central Time or on Weekends are subject to route schedule review the following business day by our office. (Deposit refund will be made if we are unable to accommodate)

ROUTE PICK UP and DROP OFF DATES & TIMES are estimated, unless booking a Private Charter. Routes cover many miles and transporting with livestock can be unpredictable, along with road conditions and weather factors. Our record proves that we do our very best to give an accurate 1-2 day range for pick up and drop off schedules. We legally operate 14 hours per day per DOT for the safety of your horse(s) and our employees.
